We will handle integration of Klaviyo, your reviews app, and your subscription app provided it is Shopify Subscriptions, ReCharge, Stay.ai, or Appstle. All other app integrations are your responsibility, or the responsibility of the app’s support team.
Any copy entered via the Products, Navigation, and Pages sections of your Online Store will transfer over automatically. Anything entered via the Theme Editor will not transfer over automatically. It's important to note that Platter does not provide copywriting services.

Yes, Smart Theme is just as editable as any other theme – Liquid, JS, and CSS files are all available to you. We can also make our developer tooling available upon request, which will help to accelerate your agency or freelancer.

We will ask you to complete our onboarding form, which requests assets such as logos, fonts, and a brand book, among other brand details. An existing site is also helpful, although not required.
